Steven was recommended to me by my brother after we had been let down by two previous plumbers to fit us a new bathroom.
Right from the first phone call Steven couldn’t have been more helpful, he came round and assessed the work, recommended a great tiler and electrician, turned up when he said he would (unlike the previous plumbers) and he and John did a great professional job in fitting our bathroom which we are highly delighted with.

Steven is an extremely helpful and professional plumber. We called him at short notice to assist with a leak in our loft, a small job but it could have been a big problem! What a find!! My neighbours have used Steven ( and John ) and had nothing but praise for them. Today he went to my granddaughter’s house, fixed the heating which was coming on even when not called for by the programmer, did some mastic around the shower which we had not asked him to do and is now sorting out a shower pump and the shower which works when it wants to. To quote my granddaughter ” they are both so nice nana “. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend the company to anyone, excellent workmanship, hard working and nice people too and the bonus is they turn up when they saw they will. Thank you so much Steven and John.

Steven and John have done great work for us for longer than we can remember. Everything from a complete bathroom to repairing an outside tap. Last week they replaced a leaking immersion heater which had gone up in sparks when it was switched on. From first talking to Steven to them leaving when they had finished was probably less than 3 hours! Talk about knights in shining armour! Especially as the guest we had arriving the next day appreciated having hot water. We cannot speak too highly of them.

We called Steven after our water tank in our loft developed a leak.
He was able to come within two hours and was able diagnose our problem within ten minutes.
He then corrected the overflow pipe and replaced the ball valve within an hour.
All I can say is that Steven was an absolute delight. Extremely knowledgeable and full of great advice for our home.
We would not hesitate to use his services again.

We have used Stevens services for many years now and Steven is always professional and he’ll always get the job done.
Our boiler pump packed in just before we went away for Christmas so couldn’t deal with it and on our return the house was bitterly cold, a fortnight of no heating makes a house very cold.
I rang Steven and he bought the replacement pump and fixed it with his usual good humour and a mug of black see through tea.
