Well, so much for a temporary installation of a washing machine into the utility room! The work is so professional it will remain permanent. Such a neat job and so quick. A telephone call made at 10am resulted in completion by 1pm! Need I say anymore. jay CEE Rad on Trent

Really appreciated the prompt professional and efficient way Mr Daw dealt with the leak on our bath waste pipe. He came round in less than ten minutes after the fault was reported! Highly recommended!!!

Steven Daw is the best plumber I have ever known. He has done several jobs for me now where he demonstrated that he really values his Customers. The latest job was a boiler upgrade. He was showed up reliably on time sticking to agreed timeline, very honest about the cost (definitely not a scammer) and did an excellent job installing it. I will always go back to Steven when I have any need for a good plumber!

Since my previous entry way back in 2015 I have called upon Steve three times, refresh the whole system, valve leak & most recently re pressuring the boiler, I hasten to add, caused by me messing with the central heating! On every occasion he attended immediately & carried out the work efficiently. I have recommended his services to others on many occasions. I think that says it all. Thanks Steve & John.

I cannot recommend Steven enough. What a gentleman. Nothing is too much trouble for him, He fitted a new WC for me which proved to be a nightmare as the previous builder had done a bodge job and Steven had to put everything right which included crawling through a tiny loft area , a real commando style crawl!! His workmanship is perfect and he ensured everything was working OK before he left. He is definitely one plumber you need to put on your books!! Thank you Steven I am so grateful.
